When I don't really feel like cooking but still want something homemade , Pizza is THE solution. This recipe is my personal favorite, I love the Pear & Blue Cheese pairing, the walnuts add a nice nutty flavor and crunch  which I absolutely love. I always used Supermarket Pizza bases until this time and I honesty can't believe how easy it is to make your own pizza base. It makes such a huge difference in the taste as well. You obviously don't have to make the pizza base on the day, I made mine the day before, froze 2 pizza bases and kept one in the fridge which I used today. I will be posting the (super easy) recipe soon ! 

Serves: 1 to 2                     Prep: 10 mins                        Cooking: 10-12 mns


  • 1 Pizza Base
  • Half a Pear
  • Half a Red Onion
  • 25 grs of Stilton
  • Few Walnuts
  • 2 Tablespoons of Creme Fraiche
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • a Drizzle of Honey
  • a Drizzle of Olive Oil
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 250°C 
  2. Peel The Pear & Onion
  3. Cut both halves of  the pear & onion in thin slices
  4. Cut the Stilton in small cubes
  5. Quickly run a knife in the walnuts
  6. Spread the Creme Fraiche on the Pizza Base
  7. Add the black pepper
  8. Add all your toppings 
  9. Drizzle a bit of Olive oil & Honey
  10. Put a baking sheet on the tray before putting the Pizza
  11. Cook for 10 to 12 mns, until the crust is golden and crispy and all the toppings are cooked.
